Job summary

Synchro in Chicago is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee renewable energy projects from development through construction and into operations. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, development, utilities, finance, and external partners to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include owning execution, schedules, deliverables, and milestones across multiple sites, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, and supporting EPC negotiations and contract

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in project management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project execution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Renewable energy, power, utility, or infrastructure experience
• Background with utility-scale solar or wind projects
• Experience working directly in construction environments
