Job summary

Synchro in Denver, Colorado, seeks an experienced project leader to oversee renewable energy projects as they move from advanced development through construction and into operations. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, development, utilities, finance, and external partners to keep projects on track and meet critical milestones.

The role requires about 25% travel within the United States and full work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in project management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Requirements

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Renewable energy, power, utility, or infrastructure experience
• Background with utility-scale solar or wind projects
• Experience working directly in construction environments
