Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Execution Manager to oversee PV and Battery Field Construction activities, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural trades. This is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWE Americas offices and field locations.

The candidate will manage budgets, project schedules, safety objectives, and coordinate with customers to ensure company objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a construction-related field preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable energy projects in both PV and Energy Storage.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, performance, and quality responsibilities.
• Experience with designing, constructing, start-up, turnover and O&M of complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage project support services including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Manage project phases in line with contracts, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, and Project Management teams for design optimization and value engineering.
• Conduct site walks, pre-construction reviews, and cost estimating activities.
• Direct construction contract administration and risk management; manage invoicing and contract requirements.
