Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Execution Manager to oversee PV and Battery Field Construction activities, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural trades. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety objectives, and customer coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in renewable energy projects (PV and energy storage) with strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or construction-related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in renewable energy projects (PV and energy storage).
• Experience with budgets, schedules, quality and safety objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PV and Battery Field Construction activities (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural).
• Manage budgets, schedules, and invoicing; ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Development and Project Management for design optimization and value engineering.
• Conduct constructability reviews, site walks, and pre-construction planning.
• Perform cost estimating and procurement; manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Direct contract administration and risk management; ensure compliance with safety plans.
