Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Execution Manager to lead PV and Battery field construction efforts in the United States. The role will oversee civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural trades, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and coordinate closely with customers from an Austin-based office with travel as required.

The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of renewable energy project experience, PMP preferred, and proven ability to manage design, construction,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a construction-related field from an accredited university preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PV and Battery Field Construction activities (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural).
• Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure safety objectives are achieved, liaising with customers.
• Estimate, establish subcontracts, supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensure QA/QC.
• Maintain project documentation, and monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
