Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a growing Energy Execution team managing utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized and moving forward by coordinating across construction, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy initiatives.

You'll work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams from kickoff through closeout, scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Strong organization and tracking skills with documentation management.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Project Managers across active construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, permits, work orders, and change orders.
• Prepare and track purchase orders and assist with invoice processing.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and project records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Asset Management, and external project partners.
• Organize project documentation and support closeout activities.
• Monitor deliverables and follow up to keep projects on schedule.
