Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Execution Manager to lead the on-site delivery of renewable energy projects. Responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and contractor scope and budget, you will collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a BS in engineering or construction, 5+ years of PM experience, and willingness to travel 25%–50%. PMP or PE credentials are a plus, with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction field from an accredited university.
• PMP Certification or Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in the power generation field is preferred; oil and gas experience considered.
• Construction field experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project execution within schedule and budget.
• Proactively manage contracts, change orders and invoices.
• Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Perform Quality Analysis and Quality Control of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with stakeholders.
• Lead site team members with clear direction to achieve goals.
• Maintain communications with senior management and project groups; prepare status reports.
• Ensure high environmental health and safety standards on renewable energy projects.
