Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee field execution of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. You will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate contractors, monitor schedules and safety, and ensure quality from mobilization through completion.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, a track record of coordinating multiple workstreams, and strong communication with field teams, engineering, and ownership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience in renewables or large-scale infra
• Experience managing contractors and field activities
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and stakeholders
• Oversee schedules, manpower, equipment, and sequencing
• Monitor safety, quality, and contractor performance
• Lead field coordination meetings and report project status
• Review drawings and specs to support field execution
• Resolve RFIs and field changes with Engineering/PM
• Maintain field documentation and progress updates
• Identify opportunities to improve constructability and productivity
