Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC focused on solar, BESS, and high-voltage infrastructure, seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to support the Construction Manager across multi-site projects in the United States.

You will assist with planning, budgets, schedules, documentation, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. The role demands strong communication, organization, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction management on large projects.
• Experience in utility, solar, wind, or multi-discipline environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Construction Manager in planning, coordination, and execution.
• Assist in development and review of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, permits, drawings and specs.
• Track progress, milestones, and deliverables; report updates.
• Monitor budgets and procurement; ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and stakeholder communications.
• Support subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits for quality and safety.
• Assist with risk, issues, and deviations; propose solutions.
