Job summary

Meta is seeking an Energy Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of clean energy contracts and related carbon credit agreements. You will lead amendments, monitor project milestones, and report on financial and operational performance for operating assets.

You will coordinate with legal, finance, and other teams while driving data-driven insights and process improvements using AI-supported workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, or environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years in clean energy contract management or procurement.
• Experience managing renewable energy contracts (wind/solar).
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and supplier partnerships.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, G Suite, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's clean energy and carbon credit requirements.
• Create and maintain contracts data and related documents.
• Track cadence of contract milestones and deliverables.
• Handle inquiries, amendments, collateral, and force majeure issues.
• Identify and resolve issues in contracts and operations.
• Analyze energy project performance (operational).
• Analyze financial performance of energy projects.
• Track development/construction milestones and risk reporting.
• Approve and sign contract documents post-execution.
• Support invoicing and ensure RECs and costs align with terms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
