Job summary

Meta looks for an experienced energy professional to manage clean and renewable energy contracts across construction, development, and operations. You will own contract deliverables, monitor project performance, coordinate amendments, and ensure compliance with cost, RECs and performance terms.

The role requires strong collaboration with legal, finance, purchasing and other stakeholders, with a track record in energy contract management and portfolio oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, energy, or environmental science.
• 5+ years of energy contract management, development, or operations experience.
• Experience with renewable energy project portfolios and performance metrics.
• Experience drafting official correspondence and building partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with G‑Suite, Salesforce, and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Create and maintain documents and data for renewable energy projects.
• Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables.
• Review invoicing and reporting for renewables contracts and ensure REC, cost and performance alignment.
• Respond to counterparty inquiries and manage contract amendments and related issues.
• Manage approval and signature process for contracts after execution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing and other stakeholders.
• Surface and resolve issues in ongoing contracts and project operations.
