Job summary

Meta’s Global Energy Team seeks an experienced energy professional to manage clean and renewable energy contracts across construction, development, and operations. You will oversee compliance, support negotiations, monitor project status, and coordinate amendments while enforcing terms on cost, RECs, and performance.

You will also track financial and operational performance against budget, coordinating with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, energy or environmental science, paralegal studies, or related field.
• 5+ years in energy contract management or energy project operations.
• Experience with renewable energy contract portfolios and performance metrics.
• Experience drafting official correspondence and managing partnerships with suppliers.
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, and AI tooling.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage third-party vendors.
• Experience analyzing energy generation data, virtual PPAs, green tariffs, and wholesale market data.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Create and maintain documents and data for renewable energy projects.
• Track counterparty contract deliverables and compliance.
• Review invoicing, costs, RECs, and project performance per contracts.
• Coordinate contract amendments, force majeure and related issues.
• Facilitate approvals and signatures for contract documents.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing and other stakeholders.
