Job summary

DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in New York, NY, seeks a People/Business Operations Intern for Summer 2027. This 10-week program supports Business Operations, Recruiting, and Human Capital with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Interns work on projects to improve processes, perform analytics, support employee programs, and present findings at summer’s end. Undergraduate interns earn $6,000 per month plus a $5,000 housing stipend; graduate interns earn $10,000 per month

• Assist across Business Operations, Recruiting, and Human Capital projects.

• Present findings and learnings to mentors and colleagues at summer's end.
