Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Academic or professional achievement is required.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Pursuing engineering, technical, quantitative, business, finance, environmental or related degrees is encouraged.
• Interest in renewable energy project development, construction, and operation is preferred.
• Final-year students are preferred for the internship.
• Undergrad interns: $6,000/month with a $5,000 housing stipend; Grad interns: $10,000/month with a $5,000 housing stipend.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management tasks: performance analysis, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist construction activities: scheduling, budgets, contractor coordination, field activities, and risk management.
• Support engineering analyses across electrical, civil, geotechnical, and related scopes.
• Help development considerations: permitting, interconnection, land, environmental, and other aspects.
• Support preconstruction and project management: planning, coordination, and execution across lifecycle stages.
• Assist project delivery: coordinate across technical, commercial, legal, financial, and external workstreams.
