Job summary

DESRI seeks talented, intellectually curious students for its Summer 2027 People/Business Operations Internship. The 10-week program runs from June through August and supports the People, Recruiting, and Human Capital teams.

Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and participate in learning events, including a final presentation to colleagues. Projects span business operations, recruiting analytics, employee programs, and organizational processes, with opportunities to

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional projects in operations, recruiting, and people analytics.
• Assist in process improvements and tooling to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with mentors and project managers; present work at summer’s end.
