Job summary

DESRI invites talented students to join its Summer 2027 Internship program. The 10-week internship runs June through August, offering exposure to people, processes, and infrastructure that empower the organization to grow. Interns collaborate with mentors on meaningful projects across multiple functional areas.

Students will engage with teams on operations, recruiting, and employee programs, gaining hands-on experience and presenting their work at summer’s end.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking analytical, accomplished students with interest in business operations, recruiting, human capital, organizational strategy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities, analytical acumen, sound judgment, and problem solving mindset are essential.
• Academic and/or professional achievement is required.
• Ability to collaborate, exercise discretion, manage priorities, and approach problems thoughtfully is vital.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with data and deriving clear conclusions from analyses.

Responsibilities

• Assist across teams: Business Operations, Recruiting, and Human Capital.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support talent initiatives, analytics, and employer branding efforts as part of DESRI’s internship program.
