Homeland Talent Solutions, in partnership with a national leader in commercial renewable energy distribution, is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT). This 18- to 24-month rotational program offers hands-on experience in operations, sales, finance, inventory management, customer service, and leadership across multiple markets.

You will develop leadership and branch-management skills to run a multi-million-dollar business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership potential and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to relocate during the program.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities and build contractor relationships.
• Support account management with exceptional customer service.
• Learn daily branch operations, warehouse and distribution processes.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships for availability and efficiency.
• Prepare to lead a multi-million-dollar branch.
