CONS​OLIDATED ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS is offering a Management Trainee program in the Greentech Renewables division. This entry-level role targets graduates and aims to develop leaders through a structured 24-month rotation across critical functions in solar distribution.

Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training to run a multi-million-dollar branch after completion, with opportunities in sales, operations, and business development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without sponsorship).
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our growing national organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy.
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training.
• Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations.
• Develop skills in inventory management, procurement, project management, sales, operations and leadership to lead branch operations after program completion.
• Support commercial solar projects from planning and procurement through delivery and execution.
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes.
• Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events to learn from leaders and gain market insights.
• Relocation at some point during the program and after completion to gain leadership experience.
