Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding craft and project support personnel nationwide for solar and energy storage projects.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition Leads to fill roles across Safety, Quality, Administrative, Warehouse, and Laborer positions, delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting project staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree acceptable.
• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and skilled labor recruiting preferred.
• Experience with ATS (UKG/UltiPro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for craft and project support roles.
• Source, screen, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain candidate pipelines across regions and partnerships with workforce agencies.
• Collaborate with TA Leads and hiring managers on staffing plans.
