Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in The Woodlands, Texas, responsible for delivering renewable energy construction projects across Texas and South Carolina. You will manage budgets, schedules, and performance while coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving and up to standard.

You will oversee health and safety, quality, and commissioning, while building strong client relationships and navigating risks to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience leading renewable energy construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong budget control and programme management across multi-site projects.
• Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day construction activities for renewable energy projects.
• Own budgets, schedules and overall performance across sites in TX and SC.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, subs and suppliers to plan works.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks to protect programme and cost.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards on all activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and inform stakeholders of progress.
• Identify potential risks early and develop practical mitigations.
• Oversee project completion, commissioning and handover.
