Qualifications

• 6+ years in renewable energy project management or lead roles on wind, solar, or BESS projects.
• Experience managing EPC/BOP contracts, change orders, and budget oversight.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead late-stage development, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cashflow, and financial milestones.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and change orders to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Interface with stakeholders, provide regular progress reporting, and document decisions.
• Support PPA and LGIA negotiations as needed.
