Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is seeking experienced foremen to lead multiple CA job sites. You will manage crews of 5–10 workers, read drawings and blueprints, supervise trenching, conduit placement, and concrete work, and ensure safety and compliance on all activities.

You will coordinate with the site superintendent, train apprentices, and maintain accurate job logs and client communications. This salaried role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a crew of 5–10 workers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Coordinate activities with site superintendent and other trades.
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 5–10 workers on CA projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and codes.
• Supervise trenching, backfilling, and conduit placement.
• Oversee concrete pad work for switchgear and chargers.
• Coordinate safety meetings and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain logs, inventory, and on-site documentation.
