Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is an end-to-end renewable energy provider delivering EV charging, solar micro-grids, and energy storage projects. The team performs concrete work, conduit routing, site preparation, and equipment installation across commercial deployments.

We value safety, reliability, and hands-on construction experience. This role is full-time, on-site in a field team supporting project sites in California with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing general labor and construction.
• Commitment to quality work with a safety-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including forming, pouring, mixing and finishing concrete.
• Work with conduit, PVC, EMT, underground and overhead installations.
• Install transformers and switchboards.
• Prepare sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Load and unload building materials and equipment.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes and compact earth for construction.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Bobcat, backhoe, excavator.
• Build or take apart bracing, forms, scaffolding and other structures.
• Follow construction plans, blueprints and instructions from management.
• Experience with backhoes and forklifts is a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
