Zero Impact Builders is seeking a reliable construction laborer to join our Sacramento team. You will perform general labor tasks, assist with site preparation, and support skilled trades while maintaining safety as a priority.

Experience in reading blueprints and basic communication in more than one language is valued. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required; training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing.
Working with conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead.
Install transformers/switchboards.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
Load and unload building materials and equipment.
Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction.
Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures.
Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
Operating experience in backhoes and forklifts a plus.
