Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in California seeks an experienced Foreman to lead construction crews on renewable energy projects across the state. You will oversee 5–10 workers, read plans, supervise trenching, pouring concrete pads for switchgear and charging stations, and coordinate with the site superintendent.

We value safety, on-time delivery, and hands-on training for apprentices, with room for growth and a company truck provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foreman on CA electrical/utility projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and electrical code specifications.
• Strong safety mindset and OSHA-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 5–10 workers on CA sites.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical specs.
• Supervise trenching, concrete pads, and electrical installations.
• Coordinate with site superintendent and clients; maintain logs and reports.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines.
