Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in California is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on EV charging, solar, and related projects. You will read blueprints, supervise trenching, concrete pads, and electrical work, while coordinating safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include directing 5–10 workers, training apprentices, managing inventories, liaising with the site superintendent, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews on electrical/solar projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and on-site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 5–10 workers on CA projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, electrical codes.
• Supervise trenching, concrete pads, and conduit placement.
• Coordinate electrical resources and safety on site.
• Train apprentices and communicate with the site superintendent.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and job-site logs.
• Ensure clean-up and project hand-off to clients.
