Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in California is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on electrical installations, solar, and related projects. You will read drawings, supervise trenching, backfilling, and concrete work, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site superintendent, training apprentices, managing materials, and maintaining logs. A strong focus on OSHA compliance and clear client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew on CA electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and electrical code specs.
• Strong safety compliance and OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 5–10 workers and supervise on-site activities.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specs to plan installations.
• Supervise trenching, backfilling, and conduit placement.
• Oversee concrete pads for switchgear and chargers.
• Coordinate safety meetings and document work logs.
• Liaise with site superintendent and clients professionally.
• Respond to emergencies and manage material inventories.
