Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an entry-level Rendering Operator Level 1 to support daily rendering operations. You will assist with material handling, move trailers, and help keep work areas clean to ensure safe, steady plant production.

The role requires physical work in varying conditions, with a starting pay of $16.75/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium. Training and certification in powered industrial trucks are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of continuous employment in the last 2 years.
• Willing to unload combo units and transfer contents safely.
• Able to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily rendering operations to support production.
• Support equipment operators and ensure trailers/materials are moved and prepared as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and safety procedures.
