Job summary

Tyson Foods in Cumming, GA is hiring Rendering Production Operators to safely operate rendering equipment and production systems that convert raw materials into finished products. You will work to meet safety, quality, and customer requirements across a fast‑paced facility.

Shifts are 12‑hour nights (8:00 PM–8:00 AM) with rotation between 2nd and 4th shifts, plus overtime as needed. A minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred; forklift certification is

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on manufacturing or related experience within the last 2 years.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely around machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust rendering equipment and production systems safely.
• Receive, inspect, move, process, store, and load materials and finished products.
• Monitor quality and production flow; report issues to supervision.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and production paperwork.
• Learn multiple roles and support production goals and customer requirements.
• Support safety, quality, and operational needs as assigned.
