Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on manufacturing/industrial experience within past 2 years.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust rendering equipment to process raw materials into finished products.
• Receive, inspect, move, store, and load materials using conveyors and forklifts.
• Monitor product quality and production flow; report issues to supervision.
• Complete routine inspections, maintenance, housekeeping, and production documentation.
• Learn multiple jobs and support production goals and customer requirements.
