Qualifikationen

• Two years nursing experience required.
• Comprehensive nursing license in Florida with active ACLS/BLS/PALS where applicable.
• Oncology/critical care credentials as required by department and unit policies.
• Experience in staffing, payroll and student engagement is a plus.

• Ensures regulatory compliance.
• Assist with identification and needs for systems, equipment and supplies; monitor usage and ensure proper working order.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
• Monitors, documents and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
• May oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll and student engagements.
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and aligns with organizational goals.
