Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily department operations and staff performance.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Registers schedules, payroll and staff engagement activities.
• Assesses patient care quality and outcomes for improvement.
• Addresses complaints and conflict resolution to maintain safe care.
• Plans and evaluates patient care based on assessments to optimize resources.
• Monitors patient status and communicates changes to the team.
• Identifies equipment and supply needs for the department.
