Qualifications

• Accredited Nursing program is required.
• Must hold RN license in Florida.
• ACLS and BLS certifications and related credentials required for various units.
• Two years of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing department to align with goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care.
• Monitor staffing, performance management and staff satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll and student engagements as needed.
• Coordinate care planning and communication with patients and families.
