Qualifications

• RN, NP, PA-C, or RPh required.
• Advanced clinical degree (NP, PA-C, MSW, MSN or PharmD) required.
• 5 years' leadership experience, 3 years in Transplant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the Transplant program.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering clinically competent care.
• Recruit, retain, and develop staff to meet organizational goals.
