Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of nursing experience in transplant.
• Current American Red Cross BLS.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flow of transplant clinic activities and ensure timely services.
• Ensure appropriate scheduling and staffing per hospital standards.
• Monitor daily productivity in collaboration with the Director.
• Serve as clinical resource for staff and physicians.
