Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join an interdisciplinary team providing nutrition care for patients with kidney disease. You will work under supervision, review labs, and educate on CKD-related diets as part of a comprehensive care plan.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and care teams to improve outcomes and participate in monthly QA/QAPI activities. Strong communication and computer skills are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current RD/RDN certification with proof of registration.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nutrition experience.
• VA license or eligibility required, except in certain states.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in company clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition recommendations based on needs and treatment.
• Review lab results and educate on nutrition interventions (fluid, sodium, potassium, CKD-MBD).
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning; participate in monthly interdisciplinary conferences.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, nurses, and care teams to support patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and quality initiatives and QA/QAPI activities.
