U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving care for patients with kidney disease. You will develop and tailor therapeutic diets, review labs, and educate patients on fluid, electrolyte, and CKD-MBD management.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and administrators to support patient outcomes, participate in monthly care conferences, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Recommend therapeutic diets based on patient needs and treatment, in consultation with physicians.
• Review lab results and educate on fluids, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management.
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning activities; participate in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences.
