Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian (RD/RDN) for the Central Valdosta and Adel clinics in Georgia. You will provide medical nutrition therapy for kidney disease patients, review labs, educate on nutrition interventions, and conduct assessments.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, supporting safety, quality, and care coordination. Strong communication and computer skills are essential as you collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current RD/RDN certification with proof of registration.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nutrition experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Current Dietitian license in the applicable state; state-specific requirements may apply.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in company clinical applications within 90 days.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition and therapeutic diets based on needs and consultation with physician.
• Review labs and educate on nutrition interventions ( fluids, sodium, potassium, CKD-MBD).
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning; participate in monthly interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, nurses, social workers, and care teams to maintain relationships with hospitals, facilities, and community.
• Support quality assurance and participate in QAPI activities.
