Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead coordinated kidney care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will assess renal patients and develop individualized care plans while mentoring nursing staff and collaborating with nephrologists.

In this role, you will administer medications, monitor labs and fluid status, provide ongoing patient and family education, and support quality and safety initiatives within an interdisciplinary team.
