• Must have current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• PA license in Texas and NCCPA certification.
• APRN license with active certification for Family/Adult/Gerontology specialties.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties in designated specialty, including history, exam, assessment and plan.
• Records patient data accurately and manages time effectively.
• Educates patients and families to promote self-management and follow-up.
• Supports interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality care.
• Stays current with practice changes and participates in PHHS education.
• Maintains compliance with state/federal rules and licensure requirements.
