MAC.BID is seeking a reliable Removal Floater to support the on-site team in Robinson Township, PA. You will greet customers, locate items, and ensure smooth pickup experiences as part of the removal process.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team, and the schedule may vary. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in finding their items.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Removal Floater assists in all the stages of customer pick-up . The entire removal team provides every winning bidder with exemplary service. This position reports to the Removal Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Know how auction items are categorized on shelves
• Greet and assist customers in finding their items
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work on-site 9:30am -6:00pm Mon/Wed/Fri, 11:30am - 8:00pm Tue/Thu. Schedules may vary Monday through Friday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be highly organized
• Must be detail-oriented
