Job summary

Block Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Zone Service Director to lead field service and regional teams across the Philadelphia market. The role focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while traveling to medical facilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in field service or operations, a BA/BS in business or related fields, and the ability to drive performance while managing cost controls.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven success driving performance and meeting targets.
• Proficient in using data, systems and reporting tools for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Success Management and Field Service teams.
• Define and track KPIs to improve efficiency, service quality, and satisfaction.
• Own P&L for the zone and manage revenue growth, budgets and costs.
• Ensure CSM compliance and resolve escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiency through cost-aware process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Support; report performance insights.
