Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Zone Service Manager for the service region. This remote-based role reports to the Service Operations Director and leads regional service operations to achieve revenue, profit and growth, while ensuring top-tier customer support and safety practices.

The role directs a dispersed field-based team, develops talent, and guides strategic initiatives to win new business and optimize the profit plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading a service or engineering unit or 7 years of people leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations toward sales, profit and growth goals.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports to drive top performance and customer support.
• Provide strategic direction to identify and develop prospective new customers.
• Develop forward-looking profit plans and monthly forecasts to meet numbers.
• Budget and procure capital equipment for the region, manage quotes, costs, inventory and receivables.

Education
