Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Zone Service Manager to direct regional service operations and drive sales, profit and growth while ensuring top-notch customer service.

This remote-based role reports to the Service Operations Director, leads a dispersed team, develops strategic plans, budgets, and safety programs, and builds lasting customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading a service or engineering unit or 7 years of people leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Knowledge of uninterruptable power systems and control products, as well as field service practices and procedures and quality programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage a large fiscal entity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations to meet sales, profit and growth goals.
• Provide strategic direction to identify and develop prospective new customers.
• Develop forwarding looking profit plan and monthly forecasts with accuracy.
