Job summary

Block Imaging seeks a Zone Service Director to lead field service and customer success operations within an assigned zone. This remote role travels regularly to facilities in the Philadelphia market and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Success and Field Service teams with a tone of collaboration and accountability.
• Define, track, and drive KPIs to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own P&L for the zone, including revenue growth, budgets, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Ensure CSM compliance and resolve customer escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
• Optimize operations through cost-effective strategies and standardized best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to provide clear performance reporting and recommendations.
• Set direction and develop team members, provide feedback, and model company values.
• Driving and vehicle operation are essential functions of this role.
• Other duties as assigned.
