Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Zone Service Manager Region. This remote‑based role reports to the Service Operations Director and leads CPS Service regional operations to drive revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of a dispersed field-based team, budgeting and strategic planning, and strong customer relationship management. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s is preferred, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading a service or engineering unit.
• Seven years of people leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of uninterruptible power systems and control products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations to meet sales, profit and growth goals.
• Provide strategic direction to identify and develop prospective new customers.
• Develop forwarding-looking profit plans and monthly forecasts with accuracy.
• Budget and procurement of capital equipment for the region and manage receivables.
