Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Zone Service Manager Region to join our team as a remote-based leader. This role directs CPS service regional operations to achieve sales, profits and growth while improving quality and customer service within the CPS service teams.

You will lead a diverse field-based workforce, develop a profit plan with forecasts, manage capital equipment, and recruit and develop talent to drive top performance and world-class customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading a service or engineering unit.
• Seven years of people leadership experience or more.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct CPS service regional operations to achieve sales, profit and growth goals.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports to drive top performance and customer support.
• Coordinate budgeting, capital equipment procurement, and inventory management for the region.
• Provide leadership to ensure professional growth and retention of employees in the region.
• Develop product/process improvement initiatives and share best practices across regions.
