Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployment and robust incident response.

In this hybrid US-based role, you will drive risk assessments, policy enforcement, and Zero Trust alignment with business goals, staying current on trends and guiding security improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA) and security tooling.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA/SOC 2 and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor security configurations for Zscaler services and perform regular audits.
• Lead risk assessments and respond to security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Collaborate with IT and networking teams to ensure secure deployment of resources.
• Develop and enforce security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices to internal teams.
