Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an engineer to support the operation and ongoing improvement of its private access services. The role troubleshoots access issues, supports onboarding, documents processes, and collaborates across vendor and internal teams to enhance reliability and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, familiarity with ZPA or similar technologies, and strong DNS/network troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar Zero Trust technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering/operational support for ZPA including onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex application-access issues including authentication, connectivity, DNS, routing and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams and vendors to design secure private access solutions.
• Document technical procedures and implementation standards; monitor service health and drive reliability improvements.
• Assist onboarding of new applications/services to the private access platform while ensuring UX and security alignment.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
