Job summary
Centene Corp. seeks a Private Access Engineer to support Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations, onboarding, and ongoing improvements.
You will troubleshoot complex access issues, collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams, and help refine processes and documentation to enhance reliability and customer experience. The role emphasizes ownership from issue report through resolution, ongoing security compliance, and contributing to architectural discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience.
- Equivalent experience reflecting the level of this position.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot private access issues and optimize service reliability.
- Support onboarding of applications to the ZPA-based private access platform.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with identity, networking, cloud, security, and support teams.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to peers and stakeholders.
